Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds/exchange for change of mind. However if your item is faulty please send us an email with your order number and a photo showing the issue and we will gladly offer you a store credit, or refund.

Please note that gift vouchers and voucher codes are non-returnable items.
